Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Conversation Automation stack and Virtual Agent integration.
• Lead architectural design and integration efforts.
• Supervise and mentor a team of Technical Consultants.
• Evaluate emerging technologies for project solutions.
• Gather and translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Lead coding and development tasks promoting best practices.
• Identify and rectify technical issues within agreed SLAs.
• Implement quality control processes including code reviews.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Mitigate technical risks proactively.
• Provide technical support during sales processes.
