Salary: R 52 500 – R 62 500

Location: Sandton

We are seeking a Technical Facilities Manager, responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation for facilities management contracts and property services, including the overseeing of the maintenance, repair, and renovation of building systems. You will manage budgets, contractors, and staff, while also ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards. You will possess a strong understanding of building systems and technologies, and have excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
