Are you a seasoned Technical Engineering Manager who is able to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive the delivery of industrial projects across Energy, Water, and Waste Treatment? Our client has an exciting role that blends strategic oversight with hands‑on technical leadership, supporting both On‑Site Services and Business Development — so if you’re passionate about innovation, project execution, and mentoring talent—this is your arena.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering and construction teams across diverse disciplines (process, mechanical, electrical, civil, etc.).
• Oversee technical studies, audits, and tender proposals with a focus on quality, cost, and timelines.
• Develop and expand portfolios in Energy Management, Water Treatment, and Waste Treatment, staying ahead of tech trends.
• Manage budgets, invoicing, and project milestones for studies and audits.
• Represent the company in client meetings, vendor negotiations, and industry events.
• Translate client specs into smart, cost‑effective engineering solutions.
• Approve technical deliverables and ensure compliance with internal and client standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a collaborative, high‑performance culture.
• Prepare execution plans, pricing models, and technical documentation.
• Stay current with global innovations and internal group developments.

Minimum Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Process or Project Management background preferred).
• ECSA registration is a plus.
• 10+ years in engineering roles within water, energy, or turnkey industrial projects.
• Proven experience managing large‑scale, complex construction projects.
• Strong technical foundation across multiple engineering disciplines.
• Commercial acumen with a sharp eye for value, risk, and opportunity.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and project planning tools.
