Job summary

PERI Formwork Scaffolding (Pty) Ltd in Centurion seeks a Design Office Manager to lead the design team in delivering formwork and scaffolding solutions. You will oversee technical accuracy, mentor engineers and designers, participate in client meetings, and ensure compliance with PERI engineering directives.

The role requires strong leadership, CAD proficiency, and clear communication with Sales and clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of formwork/scaffolding experience.
• Draughting or construction experience.
• Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Provide most technically effective solution for client and most effective for PERI on standard and complex applications.
• Interact with client through face-to-face meetings, email, phone, or MS Teams.
• Oversee quality and technical accuracy of all design team output.
• Prepare and monitor training for the Design Team members.
• Attend weekly resource planning meetings and advise on project progress.
• Communicate PERI technical strategies to the technical team.
