Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical lead /Architect /Delivery manager to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. This role combines deep technical expertise and cloud technologies with strong leadership, delivery management, and client engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the enterprise-wide architecture vision, roadmap, and principles.
• Align technology strategy with business goals, compliance, and risk frameworks.
• Act as the trusted advisor to C-level executives on technology direction and innovation.
• Establish and enforce architecture standards, frameworks, and best practices (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman, microservices, cloud-native).
• Lead architecture review boards and ensure adherence to design principles across projects.
• Balance innovation with risk management, ensuring compliance with industry regulations (especially critical in banking/regulated environments).
• Provide high-level solution designs for complex, cross-domain initiatives.
• Guide technical architects, solution architects, and engineering teams in translating business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Ensure interoperability, performance, and security across systems.
• Lead and mentor a team of architects and senior engineers.
• Build capability frameworks, skill matrices, and evaluation tools to strengthen architectural discipline.
• Foster a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Evaluate and introduce emerging technologies (AI, cloud, DevSecOps, distributed systems) to drive competitive advantage.
• Champion modernization initiatives such as legacy system transformation, cloud adoption, and API-first strategies.
• Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, and delivery managers to ensure solutions meet both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Communicate complex technical concepts in clear, business-friendly language.
• Act as the escalation point for critical architectural decisions.
• Oversee system scalability, resilience, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Ensure architecture supports efficient SDLC processes, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
