Job description

Lexdan Select is assisting an Advanced Materials Manufacturing Company with their search for a Technical Administrator, based in Pretoria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for project-related tasks
  • Manage office consumables and maintain inventory
  • Implement and follow company policies and procedures
  • Assist with procurement activities including:
  • Requesting quotes
  • Conducting follow-ups
  • Cost tracking and expense updating
  • Maintain document control and accurate record-keeping
  • Format and prepare documents for internal and external use
  • Handle document signing workflows
  • Provide PA support to the Project Manager and Engineering Manager
  • Assist with the preparation and updates of PFDs and P&IDs
  • Support onboarding of new employees and preparation of workstations
Minimum Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years in a similar administrative, coordination, or office support role
  • Computer Literacy:
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and adherence to time schedules
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and provide leadership when required
  • Solid administrative and organizational skills

Full time in office position

Salary: R15-25k Per Month
