We’re looking for a proven 360 Tech Recruiter who thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership environments and knows how to unlock commercial value through smart business development, sharp delivery, and lasting client partnerships.

This isn’t just a delivery role. You’ll be building and managing your own portfolio, shaping how we show up to market, owning client relationships end-to-end, and delivering high-impact tech talent where it matters most.

Whether you're based in Johannesburg, you'll be part of a tight-knit, strategic team operating at pace with the firepower of a research team behind you and the autonomy to run with what you build.

What you will be doing

  • Owning the full 360 recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, pitching, placing, and everything in between.
  • Driving business development, spotting opportunities, opening doors, and building lasting client relationships.
  • Partnering closely with clients across high-growth industries (think gaming, fintech, automotive, payments, ISP).
  • Leveraging the research team for market insights and candidate sourcing but keeping full ownership of your portfolio and fees.
  • Working across South Africa, the UK, US, UAE, and Africa with growing international exposure as we scale globally.
  • Delivering with pace and precision in a performance-driven environment that rewards initiative and results.

What we are looking for

  • 4+ years of tech recruitment experience (agency side), with a track record of high performance across industries.
  • Strong business development instincts, you enjoy the chase and you know how to close.
  • Solid experience in sourcing and candidate engagement, with a knack for finding top talent in competitive markets.
  • Energy, ambition, and longevity, we’re looking for someone who’s in it to build.
  • Commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and confidence owning client relationships end-to-end.
  • A genuine interest in tech, you don’t need to code, but you do need to talk the language and get the space.
