Placements24 is seeking a Sales Associate for our Randburg store in Gauteng, SA. You will be the first contact for customers, offering expert product recommendations, demonstrations, and guidance on selecting optimal tech solutions.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience in consumer electronics or technology preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays.

Responsabilités

• Greet and engage customers, identify needs and provide product recommendations.
• Demonstrate gadgets and explain features and benefits to customers.
• Assist customers with product selection, troubleshoot, and support purchasing decisions.
• Aim to achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to store performance.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and industry trends.
• Handle inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Process sales transactions using POS accurately.
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Participate in product training and store meetings.
• Build rapport with customers to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
