About the team:
Our Technology Enablement team accelerates digital transformation across Ninety One, empowering stakeholders by providing the technology tools, solutions and education that allows all individuals, firmwide to augment and accelerate their day jobs now and in the future.
In this role you will:
- Co-design with teams, build and scale solutions that improve efficiency and ROAI
- Work directly with teams across Ninety One to identify and deliver technology use cases that drive measurable business value
- Create and maintain solution accelerators, component libraries, connectors, and DevOps pipelines that can be adopted and adapted by teams
- Assist in maintaining governance and security standards to enable safe, sustainable innovation
- Foster a culture of learning, improvement, and knowledge sharing within the team
You should consider applying if you have:
- A degree (or equivalent experience) in a technology-related field such as Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering
- A strong interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies, with curiosity to explore how they can transform ways of working
- Hands‑on experience with low‑code or scripting tools (e.g. OpenAI AgentKit, Power Platform, Python, or Microsoft Copilot)
- An innovative mindset with the ability to solve problems and translate business needs into practical tech‑enabled solutions
- A collaborative approach, strong communication skills, and a passion for continuous learning and improvement
