Job summary

FTI Consulting is seeking an Analyst Intern to join our Corporate Finance & Restructuring practice in a 1-year full-time internship beginning January/February 2027. You will work on technology and digital transformation engagements, supporting analysis, documentation, and delivery under guidance from senior consultants.

You’ll develop foundational skills in financial advisory, value drivers, and client impact, while building relationships with teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or Informatics, graduated in 2025 or 2026.
• Previous experience at an Audit firm/consulting firm preferred but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication to effectively present findings to team members and clients.
• Great organizational skills. Excellent analytical skills. Team player.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the delivery of client engagements from a Technology and Digital transformation perspective.
• Support the analysis and review of the technology domain across Business and Technology / Digital transformation engagements.
• Take responsibility for performing and completing the engagement or parts of the engagement or standalone sections in reports and deliverables, with support from Consultants and Senior Consultants.
• Populate and update the technology deliverables or documentation under supervision.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks by ensuring quality control in all deliverables.
• Develop a foundational understanding of company value drivers and the significance of our analyses.
• Cultivate an understanding of how our work impacts client outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with senior team members and clients.
• Proactively build and maintain internal and external relationships.
