Qualifications

• Applicants must be between 18 and 23 years old.
• Must be unemployed.
• Certified copy of Grade 12/Matric.
• Certified copy of ID.
• CV and motivational letter.
• Applicants must not have previously participated in a learnership in the field.

Responsibilities

• Work-based exposure may include troubleshooting hardware, software, user profiles and general desktop-related issues.
• Installing, configuring, troubleshooting and supporting business applications used by employees.
• Monitoring and managing devices through Intune and ensuring device compliance with policies.
• Identifying non-compliant devices and taking corrective action.
• Performing security patches and software updates.
