As a Team Leader, you will lead a team of Customer Advisors, drive operational performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and focus on treating customers fairly. You will report directly to the Service Delivery Manager.
You will coach and develop the team into a high‑performance culture, manage staff through continuous communication, feedback and motivation, set and review KPIs, resolve people‑related issues, and maintain high standards of professionalism and compliance. You will also oversee staffing needs, productivity, quality and ensure that targets and client service level agreements are met.
Strong technical ability, leadership qualities, knowledge of KPI management, agent performance, scheduling, and Microsoft Office. Experience in coaching, mentoring, handling escalations, driving performance and a background in operational processes and regulatory compliance.
