A leading financial services firm in Johannesburg is seeking a Team Leader for Telesales to manage a team of sales consultants. You will be responsible for driving performance, managing team dynamics, and handling elevated client issues. The ideal candidate must have at least 4 years of outbound/inbound experience and 3 years in a leadership role.
