A leading financial services group in Sandton seeks an Outbound Team Leader to lead a team of agents in achieving targets and enhancing client attendance for appointments. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and performance management skills, with at least 3 years in a call centre environment. This role involves monitoring call quality, providing coaching, and analyzing performance metrics to drive results.
