Job description

Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate production team activities to meet daily targets. Monitor product quality, ensuring compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO). Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations. Conduct shift handovers, maintain production records, and report issues. Train, mentor, and motivate team members to improve performance. Identify process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure proper housekeeping and hygiene in the work area.

Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 / Matric. 3–5 years' experience in a food production environment. Previous supervisory / team leader experience. Knowledge of food safety and quality systems. Ability to lead a team and work under pressure. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
