Educators in the FET & SP phase will be responsible for planning, organizing and implementing appropriate instructional programs in a high school environment that guide and encourage students to develop and fulfil their academic potential and prepare them for life after graduation. They will need :

Qualifications & Experience

• a degree (NQF level 7) and PGCE or B. Education (FET) with a specialization in the subjects to be taught
