Key tasks and Responsibilities
- Prospecting on Dealers, FNI’s, Individuals and organizations to partner up with us as their preferred Broker on Taxi insurance.
- Build relationships with dealers or F&I’s that agreed to work with us frequently.
- Gather client’s information from dealers and F&I’s.
- Contact the clients to provide quotes and ultimately sell Taxi Insurance to the clients, obtain quotes form all our Taxi insurance partners.
- Ensure & Communicate sales scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service through us.
- Explainproducts and services,procedures; correctly answering questions and providing information to existing and potential clients.
- Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines, recommending improved procedures.
- Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Solve all basic and some complex client queries or problems or redirect them to a more relevant person, department or manager.
- Have an in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and be able to take the customer through the sales process as well as obtaining customer information.
- Achieve agreed KPI (Sales, Green dealers, leads, etc.)
- Attend team / business accountability and general meetings daily or when required
