Join to apply for the Tax Manager role at Snatch | Accounting & Finance Headhunters A rapidly expanding international tax advisory firm helping global startups and scale-ups navigate cross-border compliance is seeking a remote US Corporate Tax Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities
  • Review and occasionally prepare US federal, state, and local corporate tax returns, including Forms
  • Oversee state registrations, nexus evaluations, and multistate compliance
  • Review and prepare informational and miscellaneous forms such as SS-4
  • Conduct treaty analysis for reduced withholding eligibility and advise on sales and use tax compliance
  • Draft technical memoranda and communications related to cross-border planning and entity structuring
  • Monitor legislative changes to ensure ongoing compliance and policy alignment
  • Mentor and guide junior team members on compliance preparation and documentation
Qualifications
  • Degree in Accounting; EA valued
  • Honours, Master’s, or PGD in International Tax preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of US corporate tax experience, ideally with exposure to inbound or non-US parented entities
  • Proficient in preparing and reviewing Forms and related filings
  • Strong understanding of federal and state corporate income tax, nexus, and withholding requirements
  • Experience with tax treaty analysis, sales tax, and cross-border advisory is advantageous
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
