About the role

We’re a tax consulting/audit firm seeking a meticulous administrator to support client compliance across SARS eFiling and CIPC. You’ll coordinate submissions, maintain accurate records, manage deadlines, and communicate with clients and authorities.

Key responsibilities
  • Prepare, file, and track SARS eFiling submissions and correspondence
  • Prepare and lodge CIPC filings, maintain statutory records, and track deadlines
  • Manage inboxes/calendars and draft professional communications (Outlook)
  • Maintain spreadsheets and document templates (Excel and Word – Office 365)
  • Keep client files complete, accurate, and audit-ready
Minimum requirements (must-haves)
  1. Residence: Ekurhuleni, within 20 minutes of Benoni
  2. SARS eFiling: Prior hands-on experience
  3. CIPC: Prior hands-on experience (company changes, annual returns, etc.)
  4. Office 365: Outlook, Excel, and Word proficiency
  5. Detail and reading: Strong attention to detail and excellent comprehension
  6. Communication: Clear, professional written and verbal skills
Nice to have
  • Experience in a tax/audit/accounting practice environment
  • Familiarity tax admin workflows
