Introduction

My client is urgently looking for a Tax Administrator who can assist them with individual, company and trusts.

Duties & Responsibilities

Correspondence with SARS for various registrations and queries.

Correspondence with Clients.

VAT, Income Tax, PAYE registrations and de-registrations.

Nil IRP6's.

Nil ITR14's.

Nil ITR12's – provisional.

ITR12's - Salary earners.

ITR12T's - Trusts (Big part of the job).

EMP reconciliations.

Tax Clearance Pins.

Handle SARS queries, online, via Zoom / Teams and onsite.

Be willing to learn from Senior Tax Consultants and assist them with day to day admin.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Matric.

Studying a Tax related degree.

Experience in the following would be an advantage : Taxware, E-Filing, EasyFile and Excel.

Be target and deadline driven.

Must have at least one year in a tax environment.
