Qualifications

Lead and manage the tax and accounting functions to ensure accurate reporting.
Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations and maintain strong SARS relations.
Develop and monitor internal controls and processes to align with accounting standards.

Responsibilities

Oversee recording, tracking and reporting of financial information.
Manage month-end and year-end accounting processes to ensure on-time reporting.
Review reconciliations and journals and support annual financial statements including tax computations.
Collaborate with external auditors and respond to audit queries; address findings to ensure compliance.
Develop cash forecasting methods and reports for business planning and stakeholders.
Drive and enforce policies, controls and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
