Role Purpose
To strategically identify, attract, and acquire top talent aligned with Momentum Health's goals and culture. This role ensures a seamless recruitment experience while building a strong employer brand and talent pipeline.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or CPTD are advantageous.
- 3–5 years in talent acquisition or recruitment; focus on Clinical roles.
- Experience in high-volume or specialized hiring environments.
- Exposure to employer branding and recruitment marketing.
- Knowledge of modern sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Proficiency in ATS and HRIS systems.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies across various platforms (job boards, social media, networking events).
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, recruitment agencies, and professional networks.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and selection criteria.
- Write and post job descriptions.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring teams.
- Manage offer negotiations and onboarding processes.
- Represent the organization at career fairs and recruitment events.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to improve hiring processes.
- Maintain accurate records in Neptune.
- Partner with HR stakeholders and business leaders to forecast hiring needs.
- Provide guidance on market trends and talent availability.
