As part of our Community Advisor Talent Pool, your profile will be considered for upcoming opportunities across various FNB customer service channels, including FNB Branches, Alternative Channels (Pick n Pay Initiative), Boxer, and Department of Home Affairs (DHA) banking environments. The Community Advisor role is a critical frontline position focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences, understanding client needs, processing requests efficiently, and supporting business growth through service excellence and sales enablement.

Minimum Qualification: Grade 12/ NQF Level 4 Preferred Qualification: NQF Level 5 Certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service, or related fields recognized by FAIS 1–3 years of experience in customer‑facing environments, service delivery, or client support within financial services
