A leading financial services provider in East London is seeking a Manager to lead and motivate a team of Financial Advisors. The role focuses on delivering an excellent client experience and achieving sales targets. Ideal candidates will have substantial experience in financial services and a strong managerial background. Immediate relevance and strong leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of working experience in the financial services industry.
  • Minimum of 2 years of managerial experience overseeing the rendering of financial advice.
  • Experience in FAIS Tier 1 Long Term Insurance and Pension Benefit products.
  • A valid driver's license and access to your own vehicle.
  • Computer literacy.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with operational processes and legislative requirements.

Role Purpose
