Location : Flexible - we're open to this role being fully remote as long as you're within a four-hour time window.

What you’ll do
  • Build and nurture targeted talent pools across software, data, product, and engineering.
  • Run structured, insightful screens that go beyond buzzwords to assess real capability and motivation.
  • Guide candidates through each stage - from prep and feedback to offer, onboarding and months, years after placement.
  • Turn every search into market insight for your clients and the team.
  • Keep your notes, pipelines, and process clear so every action is visible and nothing slips.
What you’ll bring
  • 2-3 years' experience in agency or in-house recruitment.
  • A genuine interest in technology and engineering.
  • Confident, calm, and resilient communication whether on the phone, online, or in person.
  • Strong command of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and modern ATS / CRM workflows.
  • If you have UAE recruitment experience, that's a real bonus!
