Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in an HR or recruitment-focused administrative role.
  • Experience with HRIS or ATS systems such as BambooHR or Sage 300.
  • Basic understanding of South African labour laws is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the recruitment administration process from start to finish.
  • Coordinate all onboarding documentation and maintain ATS accuracy.
  • Provide administrative support to the Human Capital team.
