We are partnering with one of the fastest growing AI startups to find a high-velocity Talent Coordinator to own the operational heartbeat of their recruiting team. We\'re looking for someone who thrives in a high-demand environment, enjoys managing complex logistics, keeping data spotless, and ensuring their hiring engine never slows down.

Contract: Full-time B2B (Must be able to invoice as an independent contractor)

Location: Remote (Priority given to candidates based in EMEA)

What you\'ll do:
  • Orchestrate the Chaos: You will manage high-volume interview scheduling across multiple time zones, solving logistical puzzles to ensure speed-to-hire.

  • Champion the Candidate Experience: You are the primary touchpoint for our client\'s future hires. You ensure they are informed, prepped, and engaged, delivering a "white glove" experience even at high speed.

  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the central liaison between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.

  • System Mastery: Maintain spotless data within the ATS and internal systems, ensuring every candidate is tracked, every status is updated, and the reporting is 100% accurate.

  • Proactive Problem Solving: You identify bottlenecks before they become blockers. You support the delivery team not just by doing tasks, but by finding faster, smarter ways to get them done.

Who you are:
  • English Fluency: Native or C1+ level is essential. You communicate with clarity, warmth, and authority.

  • Experience: 2+ years in coordination or recruiting ops. You’ve seen how a recruiting funnel works, and you know how to keep it moving.

  • Unflappable Organization: You are insanely organized and solution-oriented. When plans change, you have a backup plan ready.

  • Tech-Native: You are fast and confident with Google Calendar, ATS platforms, and spreadsheets.

  • The "Owner" Mindset: You take personal pride in supporting the team behind the scenes, and proactively find ways to improve and ramp up processes.

  • Global Flexibility: You will be coordinating with candidates and stakeholders across multiple time zones. This role requires a flexible mindset and schedule to ensure smooth communication and timely responsiveness.
