Responsibilities

  • Manage 360° recruitment processes: client briefings, sourcing, interviews, placements.
  • Engage with clients to understand workforce needs and build talent strategies.
  • Identify and attract top-tier candidates through strategic sourcing.
  • Provide consultative hiring advice, including salary benchmarks.
  • Build deep relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Collaborate internally to improve processes and share insights.
  • Use tools effectively to manage pipelines and workflows.

Requirements
