Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll :

  • Engage top talent: Attract, approach, and connect with medical and healthcare professionals within your designated specialization and region.
  • Build lasting relationships: Develop and maintain strong connections with candidates, ensuring they trust you to support their career goals.
  • Work in a warm-seat environment: Benefit from a strong existing reputation to establish yourself as a go-to expert.
  • Create impactful content: Host webinars and create video content tailored to graduate candidates. Collaborate with our consultants: Register candidates and refer them to specialists to find their ideal roles.
What We’re Looking For

To excel in this role, you'll need :

  • Recruitment experience: A minimum of 1 year in a 360 or 180 recruitment role (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong communication skills: Confidence on the phone, with the ability to handle objections effectively.
  • Video experience: Experience conducting video calls or hosting webinars is an advantage.
  • Drive and ambition: A proactive attitude to thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: Basic salary of R20,000 - R30,000 per month, based on experience.
  • Uncapped Commission: Maximize your earning potential with our uncapped commission structure.
  • Flexible Work Schedule: Enjoy a 4-day work week (36 hours, Monday - Thursday), giving you a long weekend every week.
  • Global Time Zone Alignment: Work hours will align with Australian / New Zealand time zones (approx. 21:00 - 07:00 SAST).
