You'll be at the heart of a fast-moving, high-performance environment where precision, personality and persuasion matter.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Managing job ads on LinkedInoptimising spend, ensuring ads run effectively and attracting relevant talent.
  • Skimming CVsusing The Sales People's hiring criteria to shortlist the best profiles quickly and accurately.
  • Leading first-round screening callsto assess motivation, fit and communication quality.
  • Managing candidate communicationsensuring every candidate has a smooth and professional experience.
  • Handing over shortlisted candidatesto our internal team for the skills tests and final evaluation — we'll handle the later stages of the process.
We're Looking for Someone Who
  • Has 2–3 years of experience in sales recruitment or sales talent acquisition, ideally in fast-paced or client-facing environments.
  • Is a confident communicatorarticulate, warm, and capable of making candidates feel comfortable and excited.
  • Has closing experiencecan pitch roles persuasively and isn't afraid to pick up the phone to get candidates booked in.
  • Is organised and proactive, able to manage multiple hiring processes and follow up consistently.
  • Represents The Sales People's brandwell - as the first touchpoint for many of our candidates, you'll be the voice and face of our business.
