The Role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will focus on sourcing, engaging, and placing senior-level and executive candidates.

This role requires a proven track record in executive search, strong client-facing skills, and the ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle from strategy to placement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner directly with clients to understand executive hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Source, attract, and engage high-caliber executive candidates through networking, headhunting, and advanced search techniques.
  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for senior leadership roles.
  • Manage candidate relationships and provide regular updates throughout the process.
  • Coordinate interviews and facilitate feedback between clients and candidates.
  • Support clients with market insights and salary benchmarking for executive-level positions.
  • Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Requirements
  • 5+ years of proven experience in executive search or senior-level recruitment.
  • Strong track record placing executives (C-level, VP, Director roles) across industries.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills; able to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Proficient in sourcing tools, databases, and professional networks (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Must be comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Availability to work US Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours is required.
