A dynamic and fast-paced global marketing agency—trusted by some of the world’s most innovative brands is looking for a proactive and talented Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Specialist to join their HR team.

This role is fully remote and open to candidates based in South Africa , with the opportunity to work alongside international colleagues across the U.S. and Europe.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple departments and regions
  • Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and recruitment partners
  • Support employer branding initiatives internally and externally
  • Track recruitment metrics and assist in reporting
  • Source top-tier talent using platforms like LinkedIn and other sourcing tools
HR Operations
  • Lead and support the onboarding process for new employees
  • Assist in end-of-month time tracking and hours reporting
  • Coordinate and manage employee offboarding
  • Collaborate with the VP of HR on cross-timezone HR initiatives and projects
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment and HR operations within global companies
  • Previous experience working remotely as part of an international team
  • Familiarity with recruiting for U.S.-based roles
  • Experience with ATS platforms such as TeamTailor and an interest in AI-driven recruiting tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Strong sourcing skills and a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Positive, collaborative attitude and a passion for people
Additional Details
  • Requires flexibility to work U.S. hours approximately 30% of the time
  • Work closely with globally distributed teams in a mission-driven, collaborative environment
  • South Africa hours primarily with some US EST flexibility.
