Overview

A dynamic and fast-paced global marketing agency—trusted by some of the world’s most innovative brands—is looking for a proactive and talented Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Specialist to join their HR team.

This role is fully remote and open to candidates based in South Africa, with the opportunity to work alongside international colleagues across the U.S. and Europe.

Responsibilities
  • Recruitment:
    • Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple departments and regions
    • Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and recruitment partners
    • Support employer branding initiatives internally and externally
    • Track recruitment metrics and assist in reporting
    • Source top-tier talent using platforms like LinkedIn and other sourcing tools
  • HR Operations:
    • Lead and support the onboarding process for new employees
    • Assist in end-of-month time tracking and hours reporting
    • Coordinate and manage employee offboarding
    • Collaborate with the VP of HR on cross-timezone HR initiatives and projects
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment and HR operations within global companies
  • Previous experience working remotely as part of an international team
  • Familiarity with recruiting for U.S.-based roles
  • Experience with ATS platforms such as TeamTailor and an interest in AI-driven recruiting tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Strong sourcing skills and a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Positive, collaborative attitude and a passion for people
Additional Details
  • Requires flexibility to work U.S. hours approximately 30% of the time
  • Work closely with globally distributed teams in a mission-driven, collaborative environment
  • South Africa hours primarily with some US EST flexibility.
