We help companies find the right talent, while empowering freelancers to access opportunities and training. We are looking for Talent Acquisition Consultants to join our team on a commission-driven basis.

This role is ideal for self-motivated recruiters or sales-driven professionals who want to grow their income while shaping the freelance economy.

Role Purpose

The Talent Acquisition Consultant will be responsible for sourcing, vetting, and placing freelancers with clients while also driving business development for GigWay Talent.

You will act as both a recruiter and a business development partner, ensuring the right talent matches the right opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Management

Build and maintain a pool of vetted freelancers across priority roles (e.g., IT, creative, business, admin, and digital services).

Screen and interview potential freelancers to ensure quality standards.

Assist freelancers with onboarding and setting up profiles on GigWay's platform.

Client & Business Development

Prospect and acquire new clients who need freelance talent.

Pitch GigWay Talent as a reliable solution for flexible hiring.

Manage client relationships and ensure placements meet their needs.

Cross-sell additional GigWay services (training, digital products, connectivity).

Placement & Performance

Match freelancers to client projects effectively and quickly.

Follow up on placements to ensure client satisfaction and freelancer performance.

Achieve monthly placement and revenue targets.

Requirements & Qualifications

Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred).

1–3 years of recruitment, talent acquisition, or sales experience.

Familiarity with freelance, gig work, or recruitment platforms is a plus.

Skills & Attributes

Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

Ability to identify and assess strong talent.

Negotiation and closing skills.

Self-driven, proactive, and motivated by commission.

Comfortable with hybrid / remote work and startup environments.
