Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in sourcing candidates using Zoho Recruit, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
  • Manage and maintain the candidate database, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
  • Screen, shortlist, and communicate with candidates based on job requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews and manage professional candidate communication.
  • Support recruitment marketing initiatives, including job postings and outreach campaigns.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and metrics for internal review.
  • Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team.
  • Contribute ideas to improve recruitment processes and operational efficiencies.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • ICT recruitment and talent acquisition experience is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Recruitment and Human Resources.
  • Must reside in Johannesburg North.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
