Position Overview:
As a HR / Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will play a key role in the HR function, with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition (Recruitment). Your responsibilities will include attracting candidates and matching them to temporary and permanent positions within our client companies. You will work closely with clients, building strong relationships to gain a clear understanding of their recruitment needs and requirements.
Sourcing and assessing niche talent, using strategic outreach and networking to identify high-level professionals, and persuading them to consider new opportunities for specialized roles. Key duties involve conducting market research, engaging with potential candidates, managing the interview and negotiation process, and building strong relationships within specific industries.
The successful candidate will: Drafting and posting job advertisements across various media platforms. Actively sourcing candidates through networking, headhunting, and referrals. Screening CVs, conducting interviews, and performing background checks. Matching suitable candidates to client requirements.
