Qualifications

• 3-5 years of bulk Talent Acquisition experience.
• Recruitment Agency exposure is advantageous.
• Experience in the insurance or Financial Services industry is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Provide talent sourcing and recruitment expertise.
• Develop and maintain talent pools for Business Insurance.
• Manage recruitment process within SLA.
• Coordinate advertisement of roles through TA Administrator.
