Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Geotechnical or Civil Engineering required; Master's preferred.
• 5-10 years post-graduate experience in engineering and construction projects.
• Right to work in South Africa, valid passport, and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Technical Advisory: Provide analytical support and technical advice on tailings issues to clients.
• Project Management: Coordinate engineering deliverables and procurement activities to maintain safe and efficient TSF execution.
• Professional Development: Commit to continuous learning with the goal of achieving Professional Registration (Pr.Eng.).
• Mentorship: Support the growth of junior engineers and contribute to a positive organisational culture.
• Safety & Risk: Lead health and safety initiatives and manage risks through design optimisation.
