  • Promote Cross-Site Collaboration: You'll act as a technical liaison between site teams and corporate stakeholders, sharing best practices and lessons learned to foster a culture of reliability excellence.
  • Advance Predictive Maintenance: By supporting technologies like vibration analysis and oil condition monitoring, you'll help shift maintenance from reactive to proactive, improving asset health and reducing costs.
  • Champion Reliability Projects: You'll lead or support initiatives focused on equipment upgrades, process improvements, and cost-saving opportunities, delivering tangible value to operations.
  • Enhance Maintenance Effectiveness: Your input will guide maintenance teams in adopting optimal inspection routines, work practices, and reliability tools, improving overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
  • Support Strategic Decision-Making: Through insightful reporting and stakeholder engagement, you'll influence capital planning, asset replacement strategies, and long-term reliability goals.
