Job summary

Bridgena Barnard Personnel Group is seeking a Hands-on Systems Architect to own and evolve our business systems, drive digital transformation, and turn data into practical business solutions within a manufacturing setting.

The role requires a degree in information systems or related field, 8+ years in business systems, and a track record of end-to-end ERP/BI implementations, plus leadership of analysts or engineers.

Qualifications

• A degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Informatics, Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• 8+ years’ experience in business systems, including 3-5 years leading ERP, integration or BI initiatives in manufacturing.
• Proven experience delivering at least one ERP or BI implementation end-to-end.
• Experience leading, mentoring and developing analysts or engineers.

WE’RE HIRING | HANDS-ON SYSTEMS ARCHITECT

Are you ready to take ownership of business systems, data and automation - and make a real impact in a manufacturing environment?

We’re looking for a Hands-on Systems Architect to lead the evolution of our business systems, drive digital transformation, and turn data and technology into practical business solutions.

What we’re looking for:

• A degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Informatics, Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• 8+ years’ experience in business systems, including 3-5 years leading ERP, integration or BI initiatives in manufacturing.
• Proven experience delivering at least one ERP or BI implementation end-to-end.
• Experience leading, mentoring and developing analysts or engineers.

Your advantage:

• TOGAF or other architecture certifications.
• Microsoft data technologies and Power BI expertise.
• ITIL, PMP, PRINCE2 or Syspro certification.
• Experience with Syspro, TransLution or similar warehouse scanning systems.
• Exposure to MES/OEE, multi-site operations or export environments.
• Knowledge of process automation tools such as Power Automate, plus Azure and Microsoft 365 administration.
