Systems & Metrics Support Coordinator

Location: Port Elizabeth – Office-based (Hybrid negotiable)

About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and tech-confident Systems & Metrics Support Coordinator who enjoys working at the intersection of people, process, and technology.

This role is ideal for someone who loves improving how teams work by helping coordinate projects, streamline systems, and ensure business data and reporting run smoothly.

You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues across departments (sales, operations, and management) to support systems and projects that enhance business performance — whether that’s coordinating a CRM update, supporting a website rollout, or helping refine internal reporting and data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Systems Support: Help teams use core business systems effectively, responding to queries, guiding new users, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in planning and tracking business projects — scheduling meetings, monitoring progress, and ensuring tasks stay on track.
  • Process Improvement & Documentation: Create and maintain user guides, process maps, and workflow documentation. Spot opportunities to simplify and improve how things are done.
  • Quality Assurance & Testing: Support testing and validation of new tools, reports, or dashboards to ensure data integrity and user experience are consistent across systems.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Help prepare, update, and maintain accurate reports and performance dashboards for management review.
About You
  • Strong coordination or administrative background - perhaps from a help desk support, sales support, project coordination, or executive assistant role, or similar.
  • Tech-savvy and confident, learning new systems quickly (experience with CRM or data tools is a plus).
  • Naturally analytical with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and motivated by helping teams work smarter.
  • Comfortable working across departments and communicating with both technical and non-technical people.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a coordinator, systems, or support capacity (not necessarily IT-specific).
