Systems & Metrics Support Coordinator

Location: Port Elizabeth (Office-based, hybrid negotiable)

Salary: R11,000 – R12,500 p/m

We’re looking for a tech-savvy, curious, and motivated Systems & Metrics Support Coordinator who’s excited about learning new systems and taking on a fresh challenge. If you enjoy solving problems, working with data, and helping teams work smarter, this role offers great variety and real growth potential.

You’ll play a key role in supporting our business systems, improving processes, and helping deliver internal projects across sales, operations, and management.w.

What You’ll Do
Business Systems Support
  • Help teams use CRM, project management, and reporting systems effectively.
  • Respond to user queries and support day-to-day system workflows.
Project Coordination
  • Assist with planning and tracking internal projects.
  • Schedule meetings, monitor progress, and keep documentation up to date.
Process Improvement & Documentation
  • Create user guides, map workflows, and identify opportunities to simplify processes.
Quality Assurance & Testing
  • Test new system features, compare old vs. new data structures, and validate field mappings.
Metrics & Reporting
  • Maintain reports and dashboards, supporting accurate and meaningful data for management.
About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Eager to learn, adaptable, and excited by variety and new challenges.
  • Tech-confident, picking up new tools quickly (CRM or reporting tools are a bonus).
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, data, and mapping information between systems.
  • Detail-oriented with a natural problem-solving mindset.
  • Able to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • Backed by 1–3 years’ experience in coordination, support, sales admin, junior project work, or a similar role.
