WE ARE HIRINGA Switchboard Operator who will be the first voice of Hazendal Wine Estate and will play a critical role in creating a seamless and luxurious guest experience.

Guest Communication & First Impressions

• Answer all incoming calls promptly, warmly, and in line with Hazendal's brand standards.
• Direct calls accurately and efficiently to the appropriate department or team member.
• Handle general guest inquiries regarding wine tastings, dining, events, hotel bookings, Wonderdal, golf, spa, and other estate offerings.
• Deliver a guest experience that reflects Hazendal's values.

Qualifications

• Well spoken (fluently in more than one language).
