A global medical assistance provider in Cape Town is seeking a motivated Swedish speaker to manage insurance claims. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure. Responsibilities include handling claims inquiries, processing insurance claims, and providing exceptional customer service. Immediate availability is preferred, and the role is expected to end on 30 April.

Euro-Center Holding SE (Prague, CZ) belongs to the Munich Re Group with its subsidiaries of ERGO Travel and ERV and is partially owned by Europeiske Reiseforsikring in Norway (IF Group) and with numerous of Euro-Center throughout the globe. Our current staff in Cape Town are handling insurance and assistance claims with high professional standards in an international office environment in various international projects in liaison with other Euro-Centers around the world.
In this role, you will collect accurate information and documents to proceed with a claim. Analyse a claim made by a policyholder to establish whether it satisfies the policy conditions. We are looking for a motivated, adaptable professional with strong communication, analytical, and decision‑making skills. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, works well both independently and in teams, and demonstrates empathy, active listening, and customer focus.
Key strengths include planning, organisation, commercial awareness, strategic thinking, and attention to detail.
