Job summary

Limpopo Career Consortium (Limcaco) is seeking an experienced Environmental Manager to drive sustainability initiatives in forestry and agriculture. The role focuses on applying EMS standards, coordinating FSC/ISO14001 programmes, and advancing climate-resilience across operations.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor staff in environmental practices. Grade 12 plus a relevant degree and 5–8 years of hands-on experience are required.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 required.
• B-Tech / BSc Degree in Forestry, Environmental Science, Climatology, Atmospheric Science, Physics or related field.
• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in Environmental Management, Sustainability, Climate Change or ESG in Forestry / Agriculture or related land-based industry.
• Experience implementing and maintaining Environmental Management Systems and certifications (FSC, ISO14001).
