PSM Personnel is seeking driven Sales Representatives to support and grow specialised surgical portfolios across Surgical Endoscopy, Surgical Devices, ENT, and Integrated Theatre Solutions. This role focuses on driving sales growth, providing in-theatre clinical support, and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Medical Sciences, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
• Commercial or sales qualification advantageous.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in medical device sales.
• Experience in theatre-based selling and operating room environments.
• Proven track record in capital equipment and/or surgical device sales.
• Experience engaging with surgeons, theatre staff, and hospital management.
• Strong understanding of operating theatre workflows and sterile environments.
• Willingness to work within theatre settings, including irregular hours where required.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales growth and hit territory targets across surgical devices and integrated solutions.
• Develop and execute territory plans to increase market share and expand customer accounts.
• Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, quotations, tenders, negotiations, and closing.
• Provide in-theatre clinical support, product demonstrations, evaluations, and training to surgeons and theatre staff.
• Promote integrated theatre solutions, workflow optimisation technologies, and digital healthcare systems.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, theatre teams, biomedical departments, procurement teams, and hospital management.
• Support new product launches, clinical education initiatives, and solution-selling opportunities across the portfolio.
• Maintain accurate CRM reporting, forecasts, market intelligence, and compliance with healthcare and regulatory standards.
