Job Title: Support Worker or Senior Support Worker

Location: Newcastle

Pay Rate: 12.20 - 14.90 Per hour dependent on grade and experience

Hours: 37 per week

Sleep-in Allowance additional if required

Our clients are currently working with a range of charities and private organisations to find individuals such as yourself to work within Childrens Residential Domiciliary Neuro and a range of other specialism as a Support or Senior Support Worker.

What will your responsibilities be
  • Support individuals with complex needs in a person-centred engaging way
  • Assist the Team Leader with staff supervision and development
  • Manage service rotas and contribute to support package planning and delivery
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth service operations
  • Participate in shared on-call rota and work evenings / weekends as needed
