Overview

Are you a seasoned operations leader with a passion for creating seamless internal support environments? A leading company in the renewable energy sector is looking for an experienced Support Services Manager to join their senior management team.

This role is central to the efficient operation of a multi-disciplinary team that designs, develops, and manages utility-scale solar energy projects. You will oversee a wide range of support services including HCM, legal, IT, translation, travel, facilities management, ISO & ESG accreditation, and more.

What You\'ll Be Doing
  • Lead and manage a team of internal support professionals across various functions.
  • Oversee the day-to-day delivery of all internal support services.
  • Collaborate with departmental heads to align services with company objectives.
  • Manage budgets, drive operational efficiency, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop internal policies and procedures to support ISO and ESG compliance.
  • Ensure smooth coordination across teams including Project Design, Operations, Finance, and Delivery.
We\'re Looking For
  • 7+ years experience in senior leadership, ideally in renewable energy, engineering, or construction.
  • A Bachelors degree in Business, Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven ability to manage diverse internal functions from HR and IT to legal and infrastructure.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of Primavera P6, Oracle HCM, and MS Project is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
