A software development company in the East of Pretoria (Garsfontein / Moreletapark area) is urgently looking to appoint 2 candidates in their organization Minimum requirements :

• Must have completed Grade 12
• Must be fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English
• Must have own reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license
• A+ and N+ will be advantageous
• Must have at least 2 years working experience in a similar position
• Will be supporting clients who phones in for assistance on the software
• They work on a ticketing system and will then escalate the problems as the calls come in
• The position is available immediately
