Job description

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee end?to?end procurement processes: supplier sourcing, evaluation, RFQs/RFPs, price negotiation, contract execution, and PO issuance.
  • Manage supplier performance metrics: delivery reliability, quality compliance, cost benchmarking; conduct corrective action as needed.
  • Maintain accurate inventory control and coordinate with production and logistics units to align supply with manufacturing schedules.
  • Build and maintain key vendor relationships to ensure alignment on cost, quality, lead-time, and contract terms.
  • Develop and manage cost?saving initiatives, monitor spend trends, and report procurement performance.
  • Coordinate logistics and inbound delivery planning in conjunction with operations or warehouse teams.

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Management, or related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, procurement, or sourcing—preferably in a manufacturing setting.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in supplier negotiation, contract management, and purchase order systems. Familiarity with ERP or materials management systems is advantageous.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills—comfortable using Excel (e.g., cost?analysis, spend dashboards, inventory tracking)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building capabilities. Comfortable coordinating across cross-functional teams
